ALL FEES LISTED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
- All facility rentals will include 2 staff for $30/hr. per staff in addition to the cost of renting the facility regardless of when the facility is rented.
- All youth/teen parties, 13-20 years of age, require two unarmed security guards at $36/hr. per guard for a minimum of 5 hrs. During prime holidays, the security guard fee is $54/hr. per guard.
- To cancel a reservation date, thirty (30) or more working days written notice is required prior to the date of the reservation to receive a refund minus a percentage service charge.
- All rental booking changes must be submitted in writing and will be assessed a change fee of $35/occurrence.
