In observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day, the Community Development Department and its Permit Center will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025. We wish everyone a joyous and healthy holiday season!
Due to increased wait times for walk-in customers, the Permit Center encourages you to schedule an appointment online.
For customer convenience, applications and materials will be accepted as digital PDF files on a USB device (also known as a flash/thumb drive or memory stick). |
Our building and safety experts work to ensure the safety of our residents, businesses and visitors by making sure that buildings are in compliance with all state and local building codes and standards. We offer a variety of services that include our Development Permit Center, engineering/plan review and building inspection teams. The Permit Center on the City Hall 2nd Floor is open for all in-person services. Walk-in customers welcomed, but appointments are highly encouraged to help minimize wait times and best serve customers.
