Share Your Voice – Virtual Community Meeting for New Washington Neighborhood Community Center

Share Your Voice – Virtual Community Meeting for New Washington Neighborhood Community Center

Long Beach Parks, Recreation and Marine along with project consultant NAC will host a virtual community meeting on Tuesday, June 23, at 6 p.m. During the virtual meeting, staff will provide an overview of the project and findings from the feasibility study on the proposed locations. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in group discussions, ask questions and share their feedback.

Feedback garnered will be used to help inform the site selection for the new community center, ensuring the location reflects community priorities and while being financially sound.

This is a similar presentation to the February in-person community meeting and is being offered again virtually to ensure more community members have the opportunity to join in the conversation and contribute their voice to this project.

Interpretation services are available upon request. Click the Zoom link or scan the QR code to join the meeting.
