Pre-Approved Plans for ADU Projects Now Available!
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) represent a unique opportunity and can be designed to be more affordable than large-scale multifamily developments. The City of Long Beach promotes affordable housing and incentivizes ADU construction by offering pre-approved designs, Over-The-Counter plan review and a variety of options including Junior ADUs and SB9 Lot Splits.
