The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comments on the Substantial Amendment to the FY 2024-2025 Action Plan and Substantial Amendment for the FY 2022-2023 Action Plan. The Substantial Amendments will allocate Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Program Income to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for the Home Improvement Roof Grant Program and will reallocate FY 2022-2023 CDBG funds to the Home Improvement Roof Grant Program to meet the needs prioritized in the Five-Year Consolidated Plan.
On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., The Long Beach Community Investment Company (LBCIC) will conduct a public hearing in the City Council Chambers located at Long Beach City Hall, 411 West Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90802.
