This Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan (AP) serves as the official application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds for the City of Long Beach. The Action Plan (AP) covers the upcoming one-year program period of FY 2025 (October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025).
