This Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan (AP) serves as the official application to the
US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant
(ESG) funds for the City of Long Beach. The Action Plan (AP) covers the upcoming one-year
program period of FY 2025 (October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025).
Beginning May 3, 2024 the draft Action Plan will be available for 30-day public review and comment. To review, please click the link below.
