The Cove Grand Opening

The City of Long Beach joined Century Affordable Development, Inc. (Century) and other partnering organizations to commemorate the grand opening of The Cove, an affordable housing development featuring 89 high-quality studio units for low-income veterans. Designed by Century Affordable Development, Inc., the four-story community on the Century Villages at Cabrillo campus will feature various amenities, including a central courtyard with recreational areas and common spaces. The project received a $4,550,000 HOME Investment Partnership Program loan from The Long Beach Community Investment Company and 60 project-based Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing vouchers from the Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services’ Housing Authority.
