At an upcoming public hearing, the Los Angeles County Fourth District Consolidated Oversight Board will consider the adoption of a resolution authorizing the Successor Agency to sell 1827 Pacific Ave. to BJ and Sons, LLC and Hillgard, LLC, in accordance with the Successor Agency's Long Range Property Management Plan approved by the California Department of Finance for $955,680 pursuant to a purchase and sale agreement between the Successor Agency the Purchaser.
All interested persons and organizations are invited and encouraged to attend the Oversight Board meeting and express their opinions for, against or neutral to the agenda item on Wedneday, April 23, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at 4901 E. Carson St., Building T, Conference Room 1100, or online.
