BACK-TO-BACK STRUCTURE FIRES
On March 1, the Fire Communications Center (FCC) managed two back-to-back structure fires. FCC dispatchers worked efficiently and diligently to dispatch fire response personnel to both fires, as well as 10 emergency medical responses, all within a 30 minute period. The FCC received support from Police Communications Center (PCC) dispatchers who are cross-trained in answering fire-relared calls. The two incidents required Utilities, Arson and Red Cross for the displaced families.
