How to Pay Your General Bills

Your customer number found on your bill is required to gain access to our online service. A Convenience Fee will be charged for processing the payment by our third-party vendor.
Send Payments with your customer number and invoice number on the check or money order along with the bill stub to:

Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card payments are accepted 24 hours a day by calling us at (562) 570-7600. A Convenience Fee will be charged for processing the payment by our third-party vendor.
In Person
Payments may be made in person at Long Beach City Hall, at 333 W. Ocean Blvd., Lobby, Long Beach, Ca 90802 between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday in the lobby by cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or debit card.
For your convenience, there is also a 24 hour drop box for payments located on the southeast side of City Hall.
