LBPD 602 No Trespassing Enrollment Event

The Long Beach Police Department and the Office of the City Prosecutor are hosting an event to facilitate enrollment in the 602 - No Trespassing Program. Enrolling in the program allows business owners and residential complex managers to post an approved “No Trespassing Sign” which provides LBPD authority to LBPD to warn, cite, or arrest trespassers, even if the owner or agent is not on the premises at the time. The City Prosecutor's Office will have a Public Notary present, who will notarize a Request for Service free of charge. This event is tomorrow Saturday, February 22nd at the LBPD Public Safety Building from 10 am to 12 pm. RSVP is encouraged here.
