Join the Office of a Councilwoman Zendejas and celebrate Independence Day in Downtown Long Beach Honoring Vets and Pets for their service. We will be awarding 5 Honorees and their dogs for their dedicated Service to the Community—including police, fire, and veterans. We will recognize the veterans who are giving back to their community and putting service above all. We are thankful to have the opportunity to celebrate Independence Day, and are always grateful to those who have served our country.

Guidelines
- All dogs must have vaccines up to date.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times.
- Owner(s) must be prepared to clean up after pet.
- Owner(s) must be present with their pet at all times.
- Pets must be in control during the entire event.
- 4TH OF JULY ATTIRE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
