Music will be in the air all summer in Long Beach. Mark your calendars for these outdoor concert events.

Start the 100 Days of Summer with “Flashpants” Concert

Marine Stadium, 5255 Paoli Way
Friday, May 27 from 6-8 p.m.

The ultimate ’80s cover band, Flashpants will have you dancing and singing to nostalgic favorites all evening. Enjoy food trucks and a Kids Zone with bouncers, balloon art and face painting beginning at 5 p.m. for more information about the band please visit their website.

100 Days of Summer Finale Concert with Pop Vinyl

Marine Stadium, 5255 Paoli Way
Friday, August 26 from 6-8 p.m.

Wind down to the 100th day of summer with Pop Vinyl. Prepare to dance and sing to Motown, Oldies. ‘70s-’80s-‘90s, Pop, Disco and Funk. Groove to all your favorite songs for Aretha to Michael to Run DMC and Madonna. Bring the family and enjoy food trucks and a Kid Zone.

Fifth Annual Uptown Latin Jazz Festival
June 11, Noon - 8 p.m. at Houghton Park
Sponsored by the Office of Councilman Rex Richardson
Featuring Goapele, and DW3.
Music, food, vendor booths, a Kids Zone, and more. Free.

Rancho Los Cerritos Summer Concerts

Pack a picnic dinner and invite friends and family for a free concert on the historic grounds. Gates open for picnicking after 4:30 p.m., concerts from 5:30-7 p.m. Adobe home will be open for tours. Free; no pets allowed.

El Dorado Park West Community Concert

August 19, Knyght Ryder, 6:30 p.m.

Shoreline Symphonic Winds Concerts

The Shoreline Symphonic Winds perform show tunes, movie sound tracks, and traditional and contemporary concert favorites prior to the showing of feature films in the parks as part of City of Long Beach Parks and Recreation “Movies in the Park” program!
