Technology Engagement and Support Bureau
The Technology Engagement and Support Bureau (TES) provides internal support to city departments and assists the public with cable-related issues. This bureau comprises three specialized divisions that work together to ensure seamless operations and efficient resolution of technology-related problems. Desktop Support Division handles the following functions internally for City Departments:
- Technology Help Desk
- Desktop, laptop, and Windows tablet deployment and support for all City Departments
- Mobile device support, including iPhones, iPads, and MiFi devices
The Video Communications Division Responsibilities:
- LBTV - the City's government access, cable TV channel
- Cable Franchise Regulation
- City Video Production
- Audio/Visual Meeting and Event Support
Asset Management Division Duties for all City Department:
- Office Services, including Reprographics and mail and internal messenger services
- Asset management
- Managed print services support
- Computer replacement program
