Business Operations Bureau
The Business Operations Bureau (BOB) is the administrative arm of the Department. Our job is to assist and support the technical bureaus in the finance, personnel, and communications areas of their work. BOB also provides technology-related training services to internal and external customers. BOB manages the department's budget development, accounting, procurement, MOU development, recruitment, onboarding, employee recognition, safety, benefits administration, website development, press releases, and legislative analysis. Additionally, BOB coordinates internal and citywide training on technology-related topics, and specialized content and information sharing during Cyber Awareness month.
