To receive a new or renewed business license, the City of Long Beach requires businesses to complete this form to determine if your facility is subject to the State's Industrial General Permit (IGP).

Part C. Waste Discharge Identification (WDID)

If You Selected "Yes" In Part B Above
Your business facility requires a State-issued Industrial General Permit (IGP). To receive a new or renewed business license, the City requires your business facility to already possess an IGP prior to completing this form. Your business license will not be approved until your business facility possesses a State-issued IGP. Waste Discharge Identification (WDID) #
The State will issue a Waste Discharge ID (WDID) number when your business facility is issued an IGP.
