Bayshore Concessions Building Improvements

Latest Updates - March 2023

In January 2023, the City’s contractor mobilized and completed demolition of the lower decking and stairs. The western-most portion of the public parking lot at the corner of Ocean Boulevard and 54th Place has been fenced for contractor equipment and parking. Approximately seven (7) adjacent parking spaces have been reserved for the contractor to facilitate the improvements. No handicapped spaces have been affected.

Project Information

The Bayshore Concessions Building Improvements Project improves accessibility by creating a new ADA access lift, enhancing the existing staircase and decking, and building pathways around the project site.  

Project Funding ($672,000)

This project is currently supported by Tidelands Funding.
