South Street Resurfacing Improvements

Street improvements are scheduled to occur on South Street between Atlantic Avenue and Walnut Avenue, beginning Thursday, November 4, 2021, with completion scheduled for December 2021, weather permitting. This project includes:

• Pavement removal and street resurfacing
• Street striping

Work is scheduled to perform Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. No parking signs will be posted a minimum of three days prior to the start of the work. Efforts will be made to maintain as much parking as possible.

Intermittent intersection closures will be necessary to complete this project. While construction crews will attempt to open streets as soon as it is safe to do so, we encourage the use of alternate routes during work hours.
