Shoemaker Bridge Replacement Project Community Meeting
Release Date: 2023-11-28The City of Long Beach is hosting an in-person community meeting to provide a comprehensive overview of the project on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Jenny Oropeza Community Center at Cesar Chavez Park (401 Golden Avenue). Notable project updates such as the proposed bridge design, project funding, and estimated construction timeline will be shared during the community meeting. Additionally, information about substantiative projects in the area like the Shoreline Drive Realignment and Long Beach Municipal Urban Stormwater Treatment (LB-MUST) projects will also be discussed.
