The City of Long Beach is excited to invite community members to the Belmont Plaza Pool Groundbreaking!

Join us on Saturday, May 30, 2026, as City leaders and community partners come together to mark the start of construction of this highly-anticipated project. The event will include special remarks, a ceremonial groundbreaking, and a chance to connect with neighbors through fun community activities and giveaways.

Event details:

• 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. (Program will begin shortly after 10 a.m., followed by community activities)
• Termino Avenue and Olympic Plaza (construction site adjacent to the Belmont Memorial Pier parking lot)
