Construction Starting Soon on Colorado Lagoon Playground

Construction for the new Colorado Lagoon Playground is scheduled to being in late-October 2021, and, weather dependent, completed by February 2022. The playground installation will occur near the intersection of Colorado Street and Appian Way. Work is scheduled to include:

• New play structure
• Improvements to ADA accessibility
• Renovated site amenities

Work performed for this project will occur Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Parking impacts for park and residence patrons are not expected. Efforts will be made to minimize inconveniences and construction activities during scheduled park activities.
