The Fourth Street Parking Meter Zone and hours have been condensed (Monday-Sunday, excluding holidays, 10:00am to 7:00pm). Download the Passport Parking App to park and pay easily from your mobile phone. Multi-space meters go into effect on Friday, January 3, 2020.
