SB 205 Business License Form Available Online

The SB 205 Business License Form is available at longbeach.gov/sb205form.
To receive a new or renewed business license, the City of Long Beach under State law, requires businesses to complete the SB 205 Business License Form to determine if your facility is subject to the State's Industrial General Permit (IGP - http://bit.ly/cswrcb-igp). New or renewed business licenses will not be issued prior to the completion of SB 205 Business License Form.
