Retro Row Multi-Space Meters Delayed

Update - November 8, 2019: Implementation of the 4th Street multi-space meters between Hermosa Avenue and Temple Avenue has been delayed until further notice. The Department of Public Works is in the process of re-evaluating the parking meter zone and will update residents and businesses in the area via mailer once the re-evaluation has been completed. We appreciate all the feedback we have received and would like to thank the community for their patience and cooperation. Park and pay easily with multi-space meters, coming to Retro Row. Paid parking hours are 10AM-9PM daily (excluding holidays) at a rate of $1 per hour, with a 3 hour max.
