14th Street Park Improvements Project
Release Date: 2024-01-17
The City’s Contractor, PlayCore Wisconsin, Inc., is scheduled to begin a multi-phased construction project beginning in the area in mid-January 2024 with the first phase of construction completion, barring weather or other unforeseen delays, by March 2024.
Improvements include:
- New rubberized surface at playgrounds
- Replacement of missing or broken playground equipment
- New picnic tables and park benches
The contractor is scheduled to perform work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Parking impacts for residents is not expected. Efforts will be made to minimize inconveniences and minimize construction activities during scheduled park sports activities.
The contractor encourages park patrons to keep children away from the construction areas and activities.
