The area has been stabilized and cleaned, and systems are operational.
Customers are welcome to use customer service and cashiering services at City Hall effective immediately, or continue to conduct business by phone and online.
The City would like to thank customers for their patience as City staff worked quickly and did an amazing job getting services back up.
