City Hall Announces Temporary Disruptions to Lobby Level Services Due to Office Flooding

Customer services and payments remain available online and by phone

Due to flooding in City Hall offices on the Lobby Level, customer service, and cashiering operations are closed pending further notice.

City Clerk operations remain open; and customers still have access to elevators for in-person services that are located above the Lobby Level, such as permitting, business licensing and more.

Residents can access information as well as pay parking, gas, water, and refuse bills online or by phone. Please refer to the links and phone numbers below:
