Through their ongoing investigation, detectives became aware of another victim in this case. The victim reported that the suspect performed lewd acts against her while she was a juvenile, between 2015 and 2019. Detectives are seeking additional victims and encourage anyone with information to contact Detectives Nikki Alexander and Hector Gomez at (562) 570-7321.

On Thursday, May 13, 2021, detectives arrested a male adult suspect who performed lewd acts with a minor.

On May 12, 2021, officers were dispatched to the area of 4th Street and Ximeno Avenue regarding a report of lewd act with a minor. A female juvenile victim stated she was inappropriately touched by a male adult suspect earlier that day. The suspect provides in-home music lessons.

Long Beach Police detectives are seeking possible additional victims.

The male suspect was identified as Bryan Scott, a 55-year-old resident of Lynwood, who was booked for lewd and lascivious acts against a minor. Scott remains in custody at Men’s Central Jail on $125,000 bail.
