Long Beach Police Burglary Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying recovered stolen property so it can be returned.

On Sunday, March 13, 2016 the Burglary Detail will be holding an event for victims to view stolen property from a rash of thefts involving gardening equipment, construction tools, plumbing equipment and high-end bicycles.

A detailed citywide investigation spanning several months culminated in the recovery of a large quantity of stolen property. Many of these items are believed to have been stolen from work trucks or in conjunction with the theft of the actual work truck. To view original News Release Click on below link:

Victims will be allowed to view the stolen property that was recovered and once an item is positively identified by the owner it will be returned. Verification of ownership may be established by providing police department crime or loss report or other identifying documentation such as serial numbers, personal identifiers on the items, photos of equipment, and purchase receipts.

The event is open to victims of the stolen property identified above and will be held as follows:
