RESIDENTS INVITED TO GIVE INPUT ON POLICE SERVICES
The Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) invites residents to participate in an independent assessment conducted by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas on how the police department can better serve their community and meet future policing needs.
Two community input sessions will be held on the following days:

LBPD is proactively implementing the evaluation to receive practical and prioritized recommendations to help upgrade the effectiveness of police services. Residents are asked to provide comments supporting assessment objectives including, but not limited to:
• feedback on police performance,
• Sharing perceptions and satisfaction levels
• discussing service methods used by the Police Department.
Spanish speaking residents are encouraged to participate and translations services will be available.
Those unable to attend will be able to provide feedback through a voluntary and anonymous online survey at a later date. RSVPs are unnecessary, just show up at one of the events and share your ideas. For any questions please call (562) 570-7555.
