The Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) is proud to announce the promotion of several employees that took place at a ceremony held today at the Long Beach Marriott.

Command Staff level promotions included Deputy Chief Michael A. Lewis appointed on October 22, 2019, and Deputy Chief Erik Herzog appointed on November 15, 2019. Commanders Pennino, Lopez, and Prieto were all appointed on December 23, 2019.

All employees promoted at today’s ceremony are as follows:
