Today, the Long Beach Police Department was notified that Angel Miguel Otero was found on April 14, 2021 in the City of Los Angeles and has been transported to his care facility.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a 41-year-old critical missing person, Angel Miguel Otero, who was last seen on April 4, 2021, at approximately 9:00 p.m.
Otero was last seen leaving a care facility in the 300 block of East Home Street. He was at this care facility for less than 24 hours, left on foot, and was headed in an unknown direction. He is gravely disabled, suffers from medical condition(s), and may become easily disoriented. His destination is unknown. Otero recently resided in the City of Artesia, CA, is not familiar with the Long Beach area, and has never lived in Long Beach.
The critical missing person is described as follows:
Age: 41-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Hispanic
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 220 lbs
Hair: Black hair
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: unknown
Medical Alerts: gravely disabled, suffers from medical condition(s) and may become easily disoriented
