On Sunday, July 28, 2019 at approximately 2:40 a.m., critical missing person Leonard Webb Jr. was located in the area of 6th Street and the 710 Freeway and has been reunited with his family.

The Long Beach Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating critical missing person Leonard Webb Jr., who was last seen on July 24, 2019 at approximately 11:30 a.m., when he left his residence in the 1300 block of W. 34th Street in Long Beach to go for a walk.
Webb had indicated that he was going to Downtown Long Beach, which is a destination he walks to on a routine basis. He was recently diagnosed with a medical condition and might have difficulty finding his way home.
The critical missing person is described as follows:
Age: 85 years old
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 180 lbs.
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Long sleeve denim button down shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and a white cowboy hat
Scars/Marks/Tattoos: Burn on his right hand
Jewelry: Wedding band
Medical Alerts: Suffers from medical condition(s) and may become disoriented
