On May 17, 2024, at-risk missing person Theodore Cannon was located safe and unharmed in Long Beach by officers.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 61-year-old at-risk missing person, Theodore Cannon, who was last seen on May 15, 2024, at approximately 10:06 a.m.

Cannon was discharged and last seen leaving St. Mary’s Hospital in the 1000 block of Linden Avenue. His destination is unknown and has gone missing in the past but was located in the nearby area. He has no car, cell phone nor any tracking device and an unknown amount of cash. Cannon suffers from mental conditions and is under conservatorship and should not have been discharged on his own.

At-risk missing person Theodore Cannon is described as follows:

Age: 61-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Height: 5’7”
Weight: 160lbs
Hair: Gray
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Green Nike hoodie and black pants
Scars/ Marks/ Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: Suffers from mental conditions.
