On May 18, 2025, at-risk missing person William Neil was located in Long Beach safe and unharmed.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 58-year-old at-risk missing person, William Neil, who was last seen on May. 16, 2025, at approximately 5:00 p.m.
walking out of the care facility near 3000 block of Magnolia Avenue. He has no cellular phone or tracking devices. Neil’s destination and whereabouts are unknown. At-risk missing person William Neil is described as follows:

Age: 58
Hair Color: White
Eye Color: Green
Height: 6'00"
Weight: 180
Gender: Male
Race: White
Clothing: Black sweater, white t-shirt, stoned washed blue jeans, and white Nike air force one shoes
Possible Destination: Unknown
Jewelry: None
Scars/Marks/Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: Suffers from mental and cognitive conditions
