Updated News Release 9/1/22:
On August 31, 2022, at approximately 4:30 p.m., missing person Thomas Edward Morgan was located unharmed in the City of Carson.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 74-year-old at-risk missing person, Thomas Edward Morgan, who was last seen on Aug.28, 2022, at approximately 5:34 a.m.

Morgan was last seen at his living facility near the 3000 block of Cedar Avenue. Morgan does not have a car or cell phone and his destination is unknown. Morgan was previously missing and was located in the City of Los Angeles. Morgan suffers from medical conditions and may easily become disoriented.

At-risk missing person Thomas Edward Morgan is described as follows:

Age: 74-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 145 lbs
Hair: Grey
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Unknown
Scars/ Marks/ Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: Has medical condition(s), may become disoriented.
