Updated News Release 6/19/22:

On June 18, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m., missing person Thomas Edward Morgan was located unharmed in the City of Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Police Department and has been returned to his care facility. 

Original Release Published 6/18/22: 
The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 74-year-old at-risk missing person, Thomas Edward Morgan, who was last seen on June 17, 2022, at approximately 4:00 p.m.

Morgan was last seen near the smoking area of his care facility in the 3000 block of Cedar Avenue. Morgan does not have a car or cell phone and his destination is unknown. Morgan suffers from medical conditions and may easily become disoriented. 

At-risk missing person Thomas Edward Morgan is described as follows:

Age: 74-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Height: 6'00"
Weight: 200 lbs
Hair: Gray
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Maroon jumpsuit
Medical Alerts: Has medical condition(s), may become disoriented and is known to wander
