At-risk missing person Quentin Farrell Nelson was located safe and unharmed in Long Beach by officers.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 64-year-old at-risk missing person, Quentin Farrell Nelson, who was last seen on Oct. 31, 2023, at approximately 12:30 p.m.

Nelson was last seen walking in the 5800 block of Paramount Avenue. His destination is unknown. She has no car, cell phone nor tracking device and an unknown amount of cash. Nelson suffers from cognitive issues.

At-risk missing person Quentin Farrell Nelson is described as follows:

Age: 64-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Black
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 165 lbs
Hair: Grey
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Black shirt, Blue jeans.
Scars/ Marks/ Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: Suffers from cognitive issues.
