At-risk missing person Deborah A. Smith was located safe and unharmed in Long Beach by officers, and has been reunited with her family.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 67-year-old at-risk missing person, Deborah A. Smith, who was last seen on Oct. 27, 2023, at approximately 12:00 a.m.
Smith was last seen in her residence located at the 700 block of West 5th Street. Her destination is unknown. She has no car, cell phone nor tracking device and an unknown amount of cash. Smith suffers from cognitive issues and may become disoriented.
At-risk missing person Deborah A. Smith is described as follows:
Age: 67-years-old
Gender: Female
Race: White
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 170 lbs
Hair: Grey
Eyes: Hazel
Clothing: Purple tank top and purple pajama pants.
Scars/ Marks/ Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: Suffers from cognitive issues and may become disoriented.
