On May 31, 2021 officers located missing person David Quiroz unharmed at a medical facitily in the City of Torrance.

(CLICK ON THE PHOTO TO ENLARGE)The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 46-year-old at risk missing person David Quiroz, who was last seen on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 3:30 a.m.
Quiroz left a care facility and was last seen walking northbound in the 1100 block of Walnut Avenue in the City of Long Beach. Quiroz is familiar with using the transit system and will take long rides out of the city. Quiroz likes to frequent restaurants and hospitals. Quiroz has been known to lie about his name when contacted. Due to diminished mental capacity, Quiroz may throw a temper tantrum and appear violent.
The at risk missing person is described as follows:Age: 46 years oldGender: MaleRace: HispanicHeight: 5'5" tallWeight: 240 poundsHair: Shaved black hairEyes: BrownClothing: Blue sweatshirt, blue sweat pants, black beanie, blue mask, and black glovesMedical Alert: Suffers from medical conditions and may get disoriented. Also has diminished capacity for his age. Subject may become violent and throw things.
