On Dec. 18, 2023, Estrada returned to her residence on her own, safe and unharmed.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 69-year-old at-risk missing person, Carmen A. Estrada, who was last seen on Dec. 18, 2023, at approximately 12:30 p.m.

Estrada was last seen walking in the 3000 block of Fashion Avenue. Her destination is unknown. She has no car, cell phone nor tracking device and an unknown amount of cash.

At-risk missing person Carmen A. Estrada is described as follows:

Age: 69-years-old
Gender: Female
Race: Hispanic
Height: 5’2”
Weight: 140 lbs
Hair: Grey
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Black dress, black shoes
Scars/ Marks/ Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: Suffers from cognitive issues and may become disorientated.
