LBPD is seeking the public’s help identifying a suspect believed to be responsible for two assaults.


Incident #1 – Assault With a Deadly Weapon - 1/4/24 at approximately 9:47 a.m. near 21st Street and Locust Avenue

The preliminary investigation indicates the victim was walking with a child in a stroller when an unknown male suspect struck the victim with an unknown object. The child was not injured.

Incident #2 - Assault With a Deadly Weapon - 1/4/24 at approximately 12:27 p.m. near 21st Street and Pine Avenue
The preliminary investigation indicates the victim walked past the unknown suspect when he struck the victim with an unknown object.

Suspect Description: Male Hispanic Adult, mid-20s, 5’5” – 5’7”, peach fuzz mustache, wearing a white hat, turquoise sweater over a black hooded sweater, blue pants, and white and black tennis shoes, carrying a black bag hanging from his chest with shoulder straps around his neck.
