Officers investigate a stabbing: On Sept. 29, 2023, at approximately 11:52 p.m., officers responded to the 1100 block of Stanley Avenue regarding a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers contacted a male adult victim with a non-life-threatening stab wound to the upper body. The victim refused any medical treatment. The preliminary investigation indicates that victim and the male adult suspect were in a dispute over littering outside in a common area. The dispute escalated when the suspect stabbed the victim with a knife. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived. Suspect information is under investigation. The investigation is ongoing.
