Great work officers! Last night, officers safely took five guns off the streets.

On May 27, 2024 at approximately 4:18 p.m. officers responded to the 500 block of Elm Avenue regarding a person with a gun call. Through follow-up investigation, officers from our High Crime Focus Team served a search warrant which resulted in the recovery of five firearms, narcotics, and ammunition. The suspect, who was determined to be a prohibited possessor, was arrested.
