Murder Investigation– 5200 Block of East 2nd Street - On March 3, 2024, at approximately 1:06 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 5200 block of East 2nd Street regarding a stabbing which had just occurred. No-Hit Shooting- 3400 block of Adriatic Avenue- On March 2, 2024 at approximately 9:41 p.m., officers responded to the 3400 block of Adriatic Avenue regarding a shots call. Upon arrival, officers located evidence, including strike marks, indicating a shooting had occurred. No injuries were reported, no suspect information is known, and the motive for the shooting is unknown. The investigation is ongoing.
