NORTH DIVISION NEIGHBORHOOD WALKS
The North Division Neighborhood Walks program will take place throughout North Division from June 14, 2021 to August 31, 2021. Officers will engage with the community at parks, schools, businesses, and faith-based organizations all throughout North Long Beach.
Officers who normally work in North Division have been selected to participate in proactive community engagement during the afternoon and evening hours, several days a week. These officers will focus on building strong relationships with residents, community organizations, and businesses in the neighborhood as well as help address concerns and connect the community with resources. During this program, officers will also participate in and organize activities and meetings throughout the community.
