On Wednesday, May 27, 2015, an officer involved shooting occurred in the 4600 block of East 15th Street, Long Beach. The audio file contains the initial call to the Long Beach Fire Department (LBFD) and the call requesting Long Beach Police assistance from Long Beach Fire Department. (The first part - caller and the female LBFD dispatcher; second part - female LBFD dispatcher & male LBPD dispatcher). Any names or specific addresses are replaced with silence to protect the calling party’s identity.
