On October 31, 2014, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Long Beach Police Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of E. 68th street regarding a stabbing that just occurred.
Upon arrival officers found a male adult victim that had been stabbed. The victim was transported by Long Beach Fire to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The victim has been identified as 19 year old Enrique Avila of Long Beach.
A male juvenile suspect has been arrested in relation to this incident.
