Explore the fascinating world of dough in this hands-on culinary course. BASIC COOKING FOR KIDS
Students receive hand-on training in a lecture and kitchen lab environment. They will learn culinary terms, cooking techniques, kitchen and food safety, kitchen math, and basic nutrition. Topics include sautéing, simmering, stir-frying, and more. No prior experience required. Ages: 7-13 years old. Class fee: $130. Class materials fee: $60.

CAKE DESIGN
Learn cake decorating techniques, including spreading frosting, fondant application, piping, and themed designs. Each week, students will be given a theme to recreate on their own cakes. Pre-made 4-5 inch cakes are provided in regular and gluten-free options. Ages: 8-17 years old. Class fee: $120. Material fee: $60.

SHOTOKAN KARATE
Shotokan, a Japanese karate developed from various martial art of “empty hand” fighting. To learn Shotokan one begins with humility. Shotokan is not only self-defense karate but discipline of the mind.
