Camp LBC

The ICMA Conference Host Committee and the City of Long Beach are offering Camp LBC, a secure, professional on-site program for children (ages 5–12) of ICMA Annual Conferenceconference attendees. Participants will engage in games, crafts, enrichment activities and a field trip to the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific.

Dates & Hours: Sunday, October 18 – Tuesday, October 20, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily

Location: Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center (On-site)

Inclusions: Full supervision, daily lunch, snacks, and all program materials.

Fee: $300 flat rate per child for the 3-day program (no single-day rates available).

Capacity & Deadline: Capped at 40 participants. Registration closes September 18, 2026, or when capacity is reached.

Staffing: Managed by trained, background-checked personnel from the City of Long Beach Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine.

Ratio & Security: Maintained at a strict 1:10 staff-to-child ratio
